Over time, exposure to heat and humidity causes this foam to deteriorate and crumble, resulting in the leather or fabric separating from the door panel, forming bubbles, sagging, or becoming loose. Repair Process: 1. Remove Deteriorated Foam & Residual Adhesive The degraded foam is completely removed, and all remaining adhesive is carefully cleaned using specialized adhesive-removal solutions. 2. Install New High-Quality Foam Backing A new premium-grade foam backing is installed to restore the door panel's original structure and support. 3. Rebond the Original Leather or Fabric The original leather or fabric is professionally reattached using automotive-grade adhesive designed to withstand high temperatures and humidity, ensuring a strong, durable bond that resists future delamination. Factory-Like Appearance & Long-Lasting Durability Once repaired, the door panel regains its original appearance and texture while providing excellent durability, aesthetics, and long-term performance.
The car handle feels sticky
The door panel is first removed using professional pneumatic trim removal tools. This process avoids the use of metal tools for forceful prying, effectively protecting the door trim and vehicle paintwork while minimizing the risk of scratches or damage during disassembly. After removing the door panel, the original plastic welding points securing the handle are carefully removed. The aged handle, which is made from environmentally friendly material that is prone to deterioration and failure, is then replaced with a more durable handle made from a non-environmentally friendly material with improved long-term performance. Once installation is completed, ultrasonic plastic welding technology is used to recreate the original fixing points according to the factory manufacturing process. This ensures structural strength, proper alignment, and a secure fit. Compared with conventional screw fastening or adhesive bonding methods, ultrasonic welding effectively prevents loosening and eliminates potential rattling noises, restoring the door panel to its original factory-level quality, durability, and tactile feel.
