Car headliner restoration
Sagging headliner
Repair Procedure: Remove the A-, B-, C-, and D-pillars, along with all related headliner components (such as grab handles, sun visors, and trim pieces). Carefully remove the complete headliner assembly to prevent damage to the vehicle's interior or structural components. Remove the existing sagging or deteriorated headliner fabric and thoroughly clean off all remaining adhesive residue from the headliner board. Apply a professional-grade cleaning solution to remove the environmentally friendly foam-backed adhesive residue from the headliner board, ensuring the surface is completely clean, smooth, and ready for reinstallation. Once the headliner board is completely dry, install the new headliner fabric using high-strength automotive adhesive, ensuring a smooth, wrinkle-free, and bubble-free finish. Reinstall the headliner assembly and all previously removed components in the reverse order of removal. Perform a final inspection to ensure secure installation, proper fitment, and a high-quality appearance.

Headliner Craftsmanship
Dry-Wrap Upholstery Technique Our headliners are installed using a dry-wrap upholstery technique, allowing precise control of the fabric grain and tension throughout the wrapping process. This method evenly distributes tension across recessed areas and complex contours, effectively relieving excess stress in curved surfaces. By minimizing material stress, the installation is better able to withstand prolonged exposure to high temperatures, reducing the risk of adhesive failure, bubbling, lifting, or edge separation caused by thermal expansion and contraction over time. Through meticulous tension management and precision application, we achieve a smoother finish, enhanced durability, and superior overall craftsmanship, ensuring the interior maintains its premium appearance for years to come.
Material Selection
Material Selection We offer a wide range of premium headliner upholstery materials, including OEM woven headliner fabric, luxury velour fabric, and high-quality short-pile suede. Each material can be carefully selected and matched according to the vehicle’s interior style, functional requirements, and desired level of refinement. All materials are chosen for their excellent texture, flexibility, and wrapping performance, enhancing the visual appeal of the cabin while creating an interior environment that combines durability, comfort, and a premium aesthetic.
