However, the real challenge isn’t the printing itself—it’s creating the digital model.
Where does the 3D file come from? It’s not something you can simply buy from a parts supplier. Every model must be carefully measured, designed, and engineered from scratch.
Creating a part from a blank canvas is one thing, but accurately reproducing an existing component while working within strict dimensional tolerances, structural requirements, and installation constraints is an entirely different challenge. It requires extensive engineering expertise, precision, and countless hours of CAD design before the printer can produce the final part.
